GRAPPA ASOLANA

Our tracing along the path of research into the traditional distillation techniques of old continues. A slow bain-marie distillation of the pomace goes into the making of this Grappa. Its intense bouquet and smooth palate make this spirit highly versatile and a joy to savour. The Distillery produces three varieties: Traditional (distilled in traditional small pot stills), Barricata (aged in oak barriques) and Prosecco (the pomace comes from the Prosecco vines growing on the DOC wine region of Montello and Colli Asolani).
